Being I am not the only one with these problems and the same response from activision I suspect you may lose more CUSTOMERS. Not a problem for me though, EA games actually cares about CUSTOMER feedback and answers questions that come from an apparantly flawed game. I have sent activision 5 e-mails to the address they indicated on their own website and they don't bother to answer. There may be some program running on my machine blocking the game but I wouldn't know. I have bought 2 games thinking it was a bad disk to no avail. My good friend has the same machine and plays just fine. My laptop meets and exceeds all the requirements and yet still does not play. I am sure the storyline is great but am unable to tell you as the game never worked.
